We offer luxury cottage accommodation with the warmth and coziness of a family ambience for our guests. The building, invoking a period colonial charm, is set amidst lush cardamom plantations and a beautiful garden full of exotic plants with brilliant vibrant blooms. The structure is designed with indigenous materials in an eco-friendly manner to blend perfectly with the surrounding lush landscape. Carefully designed rooms offer jaw-dropping views of the lush surrounding greenery and the garden. In short, we serve you the surreal tropical charms of Munnar right in the comforts of your room.

We put much emphasis in offering a truly homely atmosphere with highly personalized service. Hence Olive Brook offers only very limited number of accommodation. We have 3 exclusive luxury cottages under the Adam category, of which one is a luxury honeymoon cottage, and 2 exclusive luxury cottages under the Eve category. Each cottage has a front deck – a perfect spot where you can relax and read the morning newspaper with fantabulous views of the surrounding lush greenery and watch the birds taking bath in the birdbaths kept in the garden. The rooms are large and spacious with breathtaking views of the garden. All cottages offer privacy and great views complete with attractive period furniture, ample lighting, 24 hours impeccable room service, 24 hour hot water, modern luxury amenities and spotless cleanliness ensuring a truly indelible stay.

Villas

There are seven well-appointed luxury villas of which four are super deluxe and three are deluxe. Each of these villas has been aesthetically done to evoke the period ambience of an old colonial plantation house with modern luxury amenities. The villas built with indigenous materials are designed with such precision that they all blend in perfectly with the surrounding lush countryside. Scattered amidst a stunning expanse of land dotted with beautiful gardens and exotic plants, each of these villas offer you that perfect escapade into realms of tranquility and harmony.

The seven distinctive super deluxe villas, come with a drawing room, bed room, bath room and a private balcony which offers breath-taking panoramic views of the endless rolling hills and the nearby countryside. These villas are large, spacious, and tastefully done; equipped with modern luxury amenities. On a sunny day one can enjoy dramatic panoramic views of the Attukad Waterfalls, Chenkulam Dam, Idukki Dam – the second largest arch dam in Asia, Ponmudi Dam, the emerald green slopes covered with tea plantations, and the mist-clad hidden hills of Munnar.

The three deluxe villas come with a large and spacious bedroom, bathroom and a sit out. The villas are tastefully furnished and are equipped with modern luxury amenities. Regular evening cooking demonstrations are conducted by our chef.
